'Naresh’s treatment was my first experience ever with acupuncture.  I sought the help of acupuncture to treat stress and smoking; my lack of inner balance, in particular, caused me to be restless and over emotional.  Now, a few months later, I find myself in a very welcoming place, both physically and mentally.   In my experience acupuncture has had the power to address the body’s imbalances very specifically and quite rapidly.  Today I am experiencing a sense of happiness that is quite new to me:  my lungs are breathing deeper than usual, my heart does not feel restless, my body moves somewhat more gently and slowly.  Smoking feels very much like violating a pristine garden and, right now, I do not have the urge to light a cigarette. 'I was treated with the following request for help, I am constantly tired and have no strength to resist stimulants like coffee and cigarettes, can you help me? In order to continue to function, I need these stimulants. I felt this dependency increasing and was concerned about it.
I was conscious of the fact that there were underlying causes behind the addiction and I was willing to look at it. During the sessions with Naresh I felt exhausted and often I experienced a lot of tension in my body head, especially in my jaw, neck and shoulders. Afterwards, I was often very quiet and peaceful inside.

After a few sessions I found myself more quiet and stable in daily life. There was less need to boost my energy with substances. I can now work from my own energy and do not need much of external input.
I also take, in my busy work, more breaks to relax and accept that this is necessary for me.'

'After an interview with Naresh I was surprised that he got such a clear picture about how I was moving along in my life. In late 2009 I started to experience difficulties in my life that made it clear that I had to act quickly. I was struggling with a lot of things, issues at work and at home. I had to make decisions on different aspects of my life, but I felt a lot of hesitation on moving on. Something that is very unusual for me. I am a planner, I observe trends and their causes and consequences. Why did I still stagnate? One cause of the stagnation we traced to my childhood, combined with the element that predominates in my constitution: wood. A number of treatments from the beginning of 2010 on, made ??me feel closer to myself. I kind of rediscovered myself. I made decisions that I did not dared to take before. 'I came to the clinic of Naresh Custers because for years I have a terrible burden of hay fever. This is reflected in sneezing, red eyes, itching of the nose and sinuses and continues into the season, including mild asthma attacks. I had already tried everything many things, as the remedies that can be bought from pharmacies and acupuncture treatments from a physiotherapist (these treatments were primarily focused on symptom control). Naresh's approach appealed to me because he gives acupuncture treatments from a 5-element system.
